By using the Services, you expressly give Track Rabbit and Plaid the right, power, and full authority to act on your behalf to access, transmit, and otherwise use your personal and financial information from applicable financial institutions for the limited purpose of providing the Service. You agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal and financial information, as provided by you, by Plaid, subject to the Plaid Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you further agree to the Plaid Privacy Policy, in addition to Track Rabbit’s Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between Plaid’s Privacy Policy and Track Rabbit’s Privacy Policy within the context of Plaid’s limited transfer, storage, and processing of your personal and financial information, Plaid’s Privacy Policy shall control.
